1 Age Requirements

To use hi11's services, users must be at least 21 years of age. This platform operates for those aged 21 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• Registration and participation in games by minors is strictly prohibited.
• If there is any doubt, hi11 may request age verification documents at any time.
• If you register with false information, your account will be closed immediately and your balance will be forfeited.

2 Geographic Restrictions

hi11 provides services to users in Bangladesh. Access from certain areas or countries may be restricted or prohibited. It is the user's own responsibility if they access the platform from a country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.

3 Single Account Rule

Each user may create only one account. If the same person creates more than one account, they will be considered duplicate accounts and all accounts may be cancelled.

• Opening multiple accounts using the same IP address, device or payment method is prohibited.
• If family members use the same device or network, hi11 support must be informed in advance.
• All bonuses and winnings from duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

4 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete and up to date. Providing incorrect information will be considered a violation of these Terms.

• Full name, date of birth and contact details must be provided accurately.
• If any information needs to be changed, the support team must be notified immediately.
• A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for identity verification.

5 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If your account is hacked or you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

6 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds into hi11, you must use a valid Bangladeshi payment method. The following methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Deposited funds must come from your own account only — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Once a transaction is completed, funds are generally added to the account within a few minutes.
• If a deposit does not go through for any reason, contact support with a screenshot of the payment.

7 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Full account verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• If verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• hi11 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the account may be kept under investigation.

8 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users at hi11 have the opportunity to receive up to 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (25x).
• Before withdrawing the bonus amount, total wagering of 25 times (deposit + bonus) must be completed.
• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within a set time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Some games may not contribute fully toward meeting the wagering requirement.

9 General Bonus Policy

hi11 regularly offers various promotional offers, cashback and tournaments. Each promotion has its own terms.

• If bonus misuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• hi11 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• A distinction between bonus balance and real money may apply.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, hi11's decision is final.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi11 platform. If these rules are violated, the account will be permanently closed.

• Using any software, bots, automated systems or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the platform ("collusion").
• Hacking, phishing or any other illegal cyber activity.
• Harassing or behaving indecently toward other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.

11 Technical Errors

hi11 reserves the right to cancel any abnormal transactions or winnings arising from a technical error, server problem or software bug. Any funds received as a result of an error will be reclaimed.

12 Betting Rules

All bets for sports betting and casino games will be settled according to hi11's established rules. In the event of any dispute, hi11's records will be considered the final proof.

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with hi11's betting rules.
• In live betting, if the connection is lost, the bet will remain saved.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set separately for each game or market.

13 VIP Tiers and Benefits

hi11's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to a higher tier. Tiers are determined based on regular play and activity.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

hi11 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time. If a user is moved down to a previous tier, benefits will change accordingly.
